HotMail and Sympatico are blocking some emails sent from ELAN as their systems seem to identify ELAN as a spammer. We have attempted to rectify this directly with both Hotmail and Sympatico but have yet to see this problem resolved. If you use either of these services for your email and are not receiving messages from ELAN please complain to HotMail/Sympatico or set up an alternative email account with either gMail or Yahoo!.
