Playwright’s Workshop Montréal seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant for a 6 month contract, starting May 14, 2012. Duties include: reception, membership and donations, fundraising and communications support, as well as maintenance, coordinating supplies, and general office work.
We are looking for a quick learner who is reliable, responsible, and able to work on multiple tasks. Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills are required. Past office experience, work with arts or not for profit organizations, and billingualism are all assets, as is familiarity working with Excel spreadsheets.
