ARTSCAST: Post Pandemic Action Research, Issues and Ways Forward

The COVID 19 pandemic has exposed the vulnerabilities within the arts ecosystem.  It has also forced artists and producers to explore meaningful possibilities for change. Problems have been particularly acute in the arts performance sectors. The movement to make events available virtually has offered partial solutions but the way forward is complicated. Arts Producers have been pushed to seek solutions that involve more restrictive access options as well as offer performances for digital consumption.

Beginning in October, ARTSCAST is conducting a survey of English Language Arts Producers as part of its “Post Pandemic Action Research, Issues and Ways Forward” report that has been funding by ISED (Innovation Science and Economic Development, Canada)

To be part of the survey ARTSCAST will reach out to ELAN’s network of arts producers across disciplines. You can also send and email to dan@artscast.ca
